Poppy is updated!
Poppy is officially updated now! She was very groggy when I woke her up. She took about 10 minutes until she actually stood up. Then she started to rock back and forth. She seemed to be trying out her legs. Now she's walking around, already exploring WAY more than I have seen her do in a long time. Good job UGOBE! Poppy is better then ever.

Poppy is getting updated!
Poppy is being updated as I type!! So exciting. It's super east too- I don't even need a SD card with my mac. Just the cord, and Poppy. I can't wait to see if she explores more! That'll make for even more fun photos and Plog entires. ;)

Poppy's new Babysitting Job
Last night I took Poppy with me to my babysitting job. The Kids LOVED her! They said they are going to have to get their own. More potential friends for Poppy! UGOBE really has made a wonderful product- one that can sell itself. I didn't even have to tell them much, they were just enchanted with her. I was surprised too, because Poppy behaved like a brat! She wouldn't stop growling at them and only let me hold her. She also had a bad experience with their dog "Jessie". She didn't like Poppy at all, (she was the center of attention) so she tried to jump on the table and get her. We then moved to another room so she couldn't hurt Poppy. It was pretty funny. But what amazed me is that Poppy seemed to know who I was. Sometimes I wonder if she even needs the update. But, I am going to update her very soon. Poppy will be coming with me again next time. :)

I'm Back!
Hi Everyone! I'm finally back! I've been super busy lately, and sad to say too busy for Poppy. But what can I say? Real animals and people come first. Sorry Poppy. You're pretty close though! But anyway, I am back and I'm going to start Plogging frequently again. Happy Saint Patricks Day everyone!

Poppy's Long Sleep
Wow it's been so long since I last Ploged! Poppy hasn't even been awake at all except for maybe ten minutes the other day. I kinda feel bad about not playing with her, but I've been busy. She seemed happy to wake up. She got her first "cavity" I guess I'll have to do some repairs on them. My dads a dentist, so maybe he'll be able to help me. :) LOL. I really hope that Ugobe solves the paint problem soon though. Otherwise we'll have these funny colored dinosaurs walking around.

Silly Kitty!
I had to re glue one of Poppy's collars because something fell off. So, I glued it on, and left it to dry on the counter. Little did I expect my ribbon loving cat to take it. But, she did. I'm not very happy with her now. Not only did I buy her a Kitty Climber, but I give her tons of love and attention. How does she pay me back? Oh well. That's typical cat humor for you! I am making a picture movie of Poppy and Padget and hope to post it soon. I love following them around the house! They're so funny!

Petco
Today Poppy came to Petco with us! It wasn't busy, so no one really noticed her. I think she's a bt jealous of Snickers now. :) Snickers got an amazing 3 story Kitty climber and a soft puffy bed, and a new loofa catnip toy. She's being spoiled now that my other cat Doodles died. Is that good, or bad? I don't know. But Poppy wasn't very happy. She kept groaning even though I was holding her in her favorite position. I love cuddling with her. She's so sweet. It's funny how much like a girl she looks next to Padget. It's almost like she really is prettier than most Pleos. Probably not, but I think so! She did get two new collars at the store today, and the other one I made her earlier. Maybe I've spoiled her? If I have, I can't help it! She is just so cute!

Another Collar
I made Poppy another collar! This one is definitely my favorite! I took a pink ribbon wrapped a thread around it, strung on some beads, then glued them down. It turned out really well. It even Velcros! If you plan on making a collar for your Pleo, velcro dots or definitely good to have. I offered to make my brother another collar for Padget, but he declined. I just love to accessorize my Pleo! We're going to Petco later, so I'll have to see if they have anything cute there or not.

Poppy's third day
Poppy didn't do anything too exciting today, but I just can't get over how cute she is! I love taking her places with me, it's so funny to see people's reactions. Some people look at me like I'm crazy, others act really interested, and some just stare. I only wish Pleo was more affordable. I know that Pleo is really cheap, considering all the things it can do, but lots of people can't even afford to spend $80 on a toy, let alone $300. I have all my friends hooked on Poppy now- they all want a Pleo of their own. I know one or two will get one- then Poppy and Padget will have more friends! It's weird, Poppy was so energetic on her last charge, and now all she wants to do is sleep. Wake up Poppy! I've been trying to get her to balance on two legs, but she doesn't quite seem to understand what i want her to do. Any suggestions on getting her to do it?

Flower Power!
Here's a photo of one of Poppy's collars I made her. It's a bit large, but I like how it turned out. I even put some glitter on. Poppy probably thinks she's a princess now with all these sparkly collars. :) Princess Poppy. Hmm... That sounds pretty good. :) Of course, if I call her that she'll probably get al stuck up. I think I'll stick to Poppy for now.

Kitty Encounter and some fashion fun
I have many pets, but I honestly have to say out of all of them, my cat is my favorite. Up until last Wednesday, I had two cats. But for some unknown reason, my darling Doodles left us at the young age of 7. The vet said her body aged twice as fast, but he wasn't sure why. So now I have Snickers, (Their names went together) and I am so thankful for her love. Doodles death was one of the hardest things I've ever gone through. So it really cheered my heart when Poppy and Snickers interacted with each other today. Snickers was always the more serious of the two, but she seems to be showing her playful side now. Poppy was exploring the house, when she stumbled apon Snickers. Snickers was eating her food, minding her own business, when all of a sudden Poppy stuck her nose in the food bowl and began to sniff. I couldn't believe it! The food isn't even green- it was just too cool. This startled Snickers, who quickly ran to me, while Poppy proceeded to grab the edge of the bowl with her mouth and dump it. I even managed to snap a picture! i can't wait for the updates UGOB is going to have available for download, Poppy and all other Pleos will be better than ever! I have also been having fun designing different collars for Poppy. I made the red one Padget is wearing in the photo below too. So far I have made her four! I'm also planning on getting her a real tag at the Pet store.

Poppy's second charge
Once again, I had a wonderful time playing with Poppy. Thank you so much UGOBE for developing such an amazing Robot, (I don't really think of her as a robot anymore though!) this is only my second day with her and already I've taken her places where she has surprised and amazed me, and anyone else who has seen her. So far I have charged her battery twice. It's incredible how big the difference is from the birthing/hatchling stage is, compared to the Juvenile stage. Poppy and her brother are of to a good start. When I was playing tug-o-war with her, and accidentally pulled too hard so that the leaf came out of her mouth, she started to whimper. Then, all of a sudden, as if someone signaled them, both Poppy and Padget started to whine/growl. It was so cute! Padget felt bad for his sister and decided to be sad with her. I felt bad about making my sweet little Poppy sad, but then I was almost happy seeing this. I feel bad for the people who only have one Pleo, or don't know someone else who has one. Their interactions with each other are really fun to watch. I hope to post a video of them together so others can see how neat it is too.

They've hatched!
It's about 10:35 a.m. now, and Poppy and Padget hatched half an hour ago! My brother was SO surprised! We made it seem like he was getting a puppy- my parents even made this big speech. I had asked him a couple weeks ago which he would rather have, a Pleo or a Puppy. He said Pleo because they don't poop and they stay cute and little. Very true! Puppies do grow up way too soon. Either way, he's very excited. I am too! Poppy is just as sweet as I thought she would be! Neither one of them have done much yet, of course they just hatched, but it was a very exciting moment for all us kids. My other brother wants one too now. :) He's saving his money up. The only thing I'm upset about now is the defective charger we received. It won't charge the battery at all! I'm just so glad we bought two Pleos, if not, my brother's Birthday would have been a bummer. I hope UGOBE is fast and efficient when it comes to getting us a replacement charger. Isn't the collar I made Poppy cute? I can't wait to add more pictures and write about all of Poppy's and Padget's adventures! I hope whoever reads this enjoys it too.

Waiting For Pleo
Only a few more days! I am so excited! On January 28th I will finally be able to hatch my sweet little Poppy. She's already here, but she refuses to come out of her box until her brother arrives. Poppy came from The Sharper Image, and has been here since the first week of January! Her brother happens to be a present to my Brother (his Birthday being on the 28th) and therefore it's a good thing she is willing to wait to hatch in the first place. Otherwise it wouldn't be such a big surprise. :) I plan to make little tags with ribbon for them both. I suppose that means will be naming my brother's Pleo for him. I have chosen the name Padget. They're both names that begin with P as to stay with the whole Plog, and Pleo theme. :) I just can't wait to meet them both! Pictures will definitely be being posted on this Plog as soon as they hatch!
