Wishing Pimo would walk a bit more

Currently, Pimo is very much living up to my expectation. I am so happy to have him. His teeth are chipped, but I was expecting this, and don't really care, since it doesn't bother him. I play with him constantly, so I don't have the problem of him falling asleep. I think Pleo would be more life like if he walked a bit more when left alone. Currently, he almost can not walk at all on carpet. And a lot of the time, when left alone, he just stands there wiggling his body, which I find a bit weird. I think it would make more sense to walk a bit more and sniff around.
