Grazing Obsession is Likely Neck Clutch Issue

It's hard to tell when I began to notice that Schroeder wasn't lifting his head up. I did notice that, for about the last three charges, he has been preoccupied with grazing. Actually, yesterday morning, I believed he might be stuck in some kind of grazing mode. It was then I realized his head was staying down, just as Linus's had done previously. We tried reinstalling the 1.1 upgrade to no avail. Brian looked at him more closely and is pretty sure his neck is not working properly. Schroeder has been very happy. He can press down with his head quite effectively. The last picture I have where I know he was lifting his head on his own was a week ago. The pictures taken in the past two days of the brothers bonding were mostly Linus tucking his head under Schroeder's neck. I'll talk to online support first, but we're prepared to have to send Schroeder back. We hope the neck clutch issue is resolved soon only because of the emotional attachment. Linus seems to be doing quite well in spite of our initial concerns about hearing gear popping sounds. Both Pleos still do that but to no ill effect. We never heard or saw first Linus or Schroeder actually hurt their neckl Whatever happens, we're certainly ready to welcome new Schroeder into our world.
