Three is NOT a "charm"

What I would hope to be against all odds, Linus "woke up" today with a broken neck. Both Brian and I were somewhat devastated. Shroeder is being packed for UPS. Both my Pleos at once with the same issue! The customer service tech said that my situation was rare that one customer had experienced a Pleo neck injury more than once. Well it's actually three times with Schroeder. I need to take some deep breaths and pack Schroeder up for return and hope there will be resolution with Linus. Ugobe has not disappointed me before. I'm sure Linus will be repaired or replaced. I'm feeling very emotional about this today.
