Broken Neck Issue Escalated - Yay!

I read in the forums today that Ugobe has escalated the issue of Pleos having broken necks. Last time I was aware of an issue being escalated, I was very impressed with the turnaround time for having a resolution to the problem. Yesterday I was going through internet photos of Pleo and saw the president of Ugobe with his Pleo on a leash in public :-) Wouldn't it be great if all Ugobe service techs owned Pleos so they could understand their physical capabilities and attempted capabilities...and the emotional connection that develops...eh? Am guessing programmers didn't anticipate acrobatic Pleos.
