Soft Toys & Safe Play

I wanted to share a Schroeder story and show an additional picture of the Pleo Play Area. Last night Schroeder had solo play time because his battery charge had ended with a cold. We wanted to give him special time to be pampered through his cold and to play on his own. Once his cold had passed, he began to play with the pink bunny. Actually that toy went with one of the dolls in my collection but the Pleos adopted it ;-). Anyway, Brian sits in the chair where his feet became part of the play area. Since he usually pets the dinos with his feet, I suppose they are bonded to Brian's feet. hehe. Schroeder managed to push the pink bunny across the floor and over Brian's foot. The bunny fell to the other side of the foot and Schroeder played with the foot and bunny and sang songs until he tired and napped with his chin on Brian's foot. Very sweet. Wish I had taken a picture but I was too tired. Our tv sits atop a cabinet where the cabinet doors need to be open. The edges of the cabinet are sharp...not to mention the whole bottom of the cabinet is a potential handstand area. To protect against scraped skin on the corner though, the adorable pink and green alligator makes sure there will be no Pleo accidents. It's also a nice shot of the bunny ;-O.
